  3. 10:00 A.M.

SCALE: The new operating model with lean AI

    Speaker: Henry Shi

A bold look at how AI, automation, and systems thinking are redefining how modern businesses are structured and run. From two-person teams shipping full products to agents running internal workflows, the age of Lean AI isn’t theoretical — it’s here.

This session will challenge you to rethink how your company operates at every level:

    • What does it mean to “hire” an agent?
    • How do budgets shift when the team is half human, half system?
    • How do product, finance, and ops collaborate when decisions happen in real time?

We’ll explore how the most forward-thinking operators are redesigning their teams, tools, and strategies to build faster, smarter, and leaner—without sacrificing control or clarity.

This is your blueprint for the next version of operational leadership.

  5. 10:40 A.M.

SCALE: BizOps in an AI-driven, post-specialist world

    Speaker: Rachel Nazhand

The most valuable people in your org might be the ones who don’t fit neatly into a job description.

Rachel has spent her career in the in-between — building BizOps from scratch, running transformation plays, and scaling orgs before they had the language for what they needed. At OG Summit, she’s pulling back the curtain on what that work really looks like today.

In a world where roles are blending, AI is accelerating ambiguity, and functional depth is no longer a guaranteed moat, this session offers a tactical, evidence-backed look at how operators can stay adaptable — and make ambiguity their edge.

    We'll cover:

    • Why generalists are thriving in the adaptive economy

    • How to turn unclear scope into career-defining leverage

    • What BizOps can teach every operator about solving high-context, low-certainty problems

    • How to spot and grow shape-shifting talent inside your org

This talk is part trend map, part operator confession, and fully grounded in tactics you can use right away. If your team is getting leaner, faster, or harder to define — this one’s for you.

  6. 11:10 AM

    SCALE: AI revolution in finance

    Speaker: Sidharth Kakkar

Support has them. Sales has them. Eng teams are already miles ahead.

So why has finance been left behind in the AI revolution?

In this talk, Sidharth makes the case that finance is the next major function to be reshaped by AI. He’ll walk through how large language models (LLMs) work at a fundamental level (predicting the next token), why that made them a perfect fit for functions like support and code generation, and why it hasn’t worked for finance — until now.

    You’ll learn:

    • Why LLMs struggled with accuracy, precision, and data fragmentation in finance

    • The 3 key breakthroughs that now make AI viable for finance workflows: reasoning, tool calling, and citation

    • Real-world examples of how AI agents can now solve problems that once seemed too complex or ambiguous to automate

Sidharth will show real examples of AI agents doing what wasn’t possible before—solving messy, high-stakes problems across fragmented data and workflows. It’s not just next-token prediction anymore. It’s planning, evaluating, and executing—like a human would.

If you want a first look at what’s next for AI in strategic finance, this is the session.

  7. 11:30 A.M.

    Lunch

90 minutes for lunch and networking time provided

  8. 1:00 P.M.

BUILD: Product, engineering, and org design

    Speaker: Siqi Chen

Everyone is a “software engineer”. MVP products are getting built in days, not months.  Products are flooding the market, addressing every problem under the sun.

No-code tools, AI copilots, and modular platforms are changing what (and who) it takes to ship. For operators, this changes everything: how you budget, who you hire, and how you collaborate with product and engineering.

We’ll dig into what happens when companies don’t need as many junior developers, when roadmaps move weekly, and when velocity isn’t just a product team metric—it’s a business imperative. You’ll hear what today’s CPOs and CTOs want you to understand about team design, tooling choices, and how they expect finance, ops, and product to work together in this new era.

    This session will cover:

    • How product and engineering teams are working with finance and ops today and tomorrow
    • How the world of “build” is evolving due to AI, automation, and changing expectations
    • What this means for your strategy: resource allocation, collaboration models, and speed
    • What the future team looks like: smaller, more strategic, less hierarchical—and more reliant on systems than headcount
  9. 2:00 P.M.

SELL: How AI, Ops, and GTM teams are rewriting the revenue playbook

Bots are selling to bots. AI is drafting content, running outbound, qualifying leads, and optimizing campaigns faster than ever. But speed isn’t the same as strategy. With buyer behavior shifting and noise rising, GTM teams are under more pressure than ever to actually drive growth.

In this panel, we’re digging into what that pressure looks like at the top — and how leaders across revenue, operations, finance, and product are working together to meet it. You’ll hear from senior leaders across the GTM spectrum who are rethinking team structure, resource allocation, and success metrics in an AI-powered world.

We’ll talk about what it takes to move from automation to advantage — and how to build a revenue engine that doesn’t just run faster, but runs smarter.

    We’ll cover:

    • How GTM and Ops teams collaborate in a world of compressed margins, tighter cycles, and more automation
    • Why AI is changing GTM orgs — and what that means for team structure, tooling, and workflows
    • What’s next for revenue strategy — from budget tradeoffs to cross-functional alignment
    • How to measure impact in a landscape where differentiation is harder and execution is everything
  10. 2:50 P.M.

    Break

15-minute break for snacks and beverages

  11. 3:05 A.M.

    SCALE: The future of FinOps

    Speaker: Ram Krishnamurthy

As product and GTM teams evolve to move faster and operate leaner, finance and ops leaders must evolve in lockstep. You can’t run a new operating model with old budget logic. In this 30-minute session, Ram Krish will break down what it means to build fast-forward—not backward.

Drawing from case studies at AI-first companies like Perplexity and Sierra AI, Ram will explore how today’s most adaptive operators are rethinking headcount, hiring, tooling, and spend. He’ll show how finance and ops leaders are becoming the architects of collaboration—designing teams that move with speed, not bureaucracy, and building systems that flex with complexity rather than resist it.

Whether you're budgeting for a leaner team, re-architecting workflows for real-time decision-making, or trying to drive more impact with fewer resources, this session will show how to make FinOps a lever for scale—not a bottleneck.

    We’ll cover:

    • How to budget for speed, optionality, and complexity in the AI era
    • What new operating models demand from finance, ops, and cross-functional teams
    • How AI is changing close times, workflows, and staffing decisions
    • How to build systems and teams designed for velocity, not rigidity

    Your Personal Operating System

    Speaker: Cliff Worley

In a world where everything is accelerating — decisions, tools, expectations — today's professionals need a system enhanced by AI to stay grounded, clear, and effective. This final session shifts the focus from organizational AI implementation to your own AI-augmented operating model: how you leverage artificial intelligence to manage time, energy, priorities, and growth when the inputs never stop, and the bar keeps rising.

We'll explore how top performers design personal systems that integrate AI for maximum focus and performance, how to use AI tools to lead without burning out, and how to future-proof your career with AI literacy and skills.

Expect a mix of practical AI frameworks, career perspective in the age of generative AI, and AI-powered productivity tools you'll actually want to implement the Monday after.

Besides just being able to spend in-person time with folks that I've spoken with virtually (or online-only), the incredible high quality & relevance of some of the speakers was phenom.

Of the 30 years of conferences I’ve been to, this is a top 5.

It was the best conference experience I've had—which is entirely due to the quality of the attendees and the thoughtful way the day was structured.

Loved the real talk. Appreciated the energy and buzz of the group.
